Terms And Conditions

This document lays out the Terms and Conditions, which shall be applicable for a Referral Program (“Offer”) carried out by Minion Ventures Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “KredX”) for its loyal Customers (“Referrer”) by offering them a reward for referring a Prospective Customer (“Referred”) on KredX platform. By participating in the referral program, the Customer(s) fully and unconditionally agree(s) to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions as stated hereinafter. KredX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without any notice. KredX may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. KredX also reserves the right to disqualify any Customers or Prospective Customers at any time from participation in the Program.

General Term and Conditions

2. The Offer will be available only for Customers of KredX.

3. Participation/availing of the Offer is voluntary and free, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. To avail the Offer, the Customer concerned needs to register themselves with KredX.

5. The rewards or benefits granted under this Referral Program cannot be used or redeemed in combination with any other discounts or promotions or vouchers or any other such promotions offered by KredX.

6. KredX reserve the right, at its sole discretion to add/alter/modify/change/vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions, or to extend, withdraw or replace the Offer, either wholly or in part, without prior intimation/notice and without assigning any reason.

7. The Customer acknowledges and agrees not to hold KredX responsible or liable for any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims, actions or demands suffered by Customer or their agents, relatives, etc. (whether direct or indirect), in relation to accessing and/or availing the benefits under the Offer.

8. KredX does not guarantee or warranty or make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the product/service and/or discount or benefit under the Offer.

9. The Offer is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.

10. Any applicable taxes must be paid by the Customer concerned.

12. KredX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, and consequential damages/losses or for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.

13. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by a Customer or their agents, KredX reserve the right to deny the Offer.

14. In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation of any of the clause or term of these Terms and Conditions, the opinion of KredX shall be final and binding on all parties to the dispute.

15. Any dispute regarding the Offer will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Specific Terms and Conditions

(A) Eligibility

• The Referrer must be an existing Customer of KredX and the Referred or the Prospective Customer must be a Business operational for at least 1 (one) year with a minimum turnover of INR 25 Lakhs.
• The Referred Business must have worked or been working as vendor/supplier of goods and services to Large Organizations. Large Organisation shall refer to as company(s) or entity(s) that have a significant presence in their respective industries and are recognized as such by KredX.
• In case the Referred Business is a real estate company, Government entity, and gold or bullion as part of the Referral Program, such Referred Business shall be subject to approval by KredX on a case-by-case basis.
• The Referred must successfully sign up for the products or services of KredX on its platform. The referral form must be filled in by the Referrer and successfully submitted on the KredX platform.
• To be eligible for the Referral Reward, Referrer and Referred must provide accurate name and mobile number on the referral form.
• KredX reserves the right to contact the Referrer to verify the Referrer information. The information is only used for confirming the eligibility of reward entitlement.

(B) Referral Reward

• Once KredX determines that the Prospective Customer is a Qualified Referral, KredX will credit INR 2000 (the “Referral Reward”) to the Customer. The Referral Reward will be emailed to the email address provided by the Customer to KredX. The Customer will receive the Referral Reward within 30 days of KredX’s determination that the referred prospect is a Qualified Referral.
• Rewards are subject to verification. KredX may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. KredX may also refuse to verify and process any transaction KredX deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on KredX, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
• Any decision of KredX in this regard and in general with respect to this Referral Program and the Terms and Conditions thereto shall be final and binding.

(C)Miscellaneous

• Rewards may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the Referral Program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Rewards that have not yet been delivered to Referrer are forfeited.
• Each Referral will be accounted only once and will be attributed to the Referrer.
