It is to be noted that KredX functions as a marketplace, and all purchase and sale of Digi Gold/Silver will be with Augmont.

Gold/Silver locker refers to the digital version of your gold holdings wherein you can check your transaction and holding details.

Purchasing Charges: The purchase price is quoted basis the ongoing price of gold/silver in the live market and exclude taxes, making, and delivery charges. A 3% GST is levied when purchasing gold.

Selling Charges: The selling price is quoted basis the ongoing price of gold/silver in the spot market and does not include any additional charges.

The gold rates displayed on the platform excludes any additional taxes. However, the tax from income of gold is applicable.

Any Indian resident with a valid PAN Card can purchase digital gold/silver from the KredX platform.

Yes. To be eligible for purchasing gold/silver, you will be required to complete KYC.

The live rate refers to the current price of gold/silver, exclusive of taxes. It is to be noted that the price may change throughout the day, basis the live market rates. However, once an investor starts the purchasing process, the price will be locked for 5 minutes.

There is no limit on the maximum amount of gold for investors residing in India.

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

To purchase digital gold/silver from KredX platform, you need to populate your KredX Funds and then make the purchase.

The physical gold is stored by augmont in secured 3rd party vault maintained by IDBI bank.

Yes, the physical gold secured in 3rd party vault maintained by IDBI Bank that is 100% insured. When you purchase gold, a small margin is added for the insurance and other charges like payment gateway, trustee, and custodian charges.

The gold/silver that you purchase is independent of the other assets of Bullion India. The company has appointed IDBI Trusteeship Services Pvt Ltd as an independent trustee to safeguard customers' interest. Hence, in the case of liquidation, the customer's asset will not get impacted.

Gold/silver purchased from the KredX platform can be sold off to Augmont anytime after the purchase order is confirmed i.e. purchase order amount is received in the Augmont account.

To sell digital gold/silver on the KredX platform: click on the sell button and proceed with the amount.

Just like other tradable commodities, digital gold/silver has a buy-sell spread. The spread changes basis factors like price volatility and demand-supply. This is why there's a price variance of 8-10% in terms of buying and selling digital gold/silver.

Post selling of digital gold/silver, the money will be settled in your KredX account within 2 working days.
