About KredX

KredX is a supply chain solutions provider which operates an online Bill Discounting Platform popularly known as “KredX”. KredX was incorporated in 2015 by a clutch of bankers and techies from IIT Kanpur & Stanford to disrupt the trade receivables discounting space in India. KredX over a period of time added many more products in the area of Working Capital, Growth Capital, Treasury, Income products using deep tech solutions catering to Large enterprises/corporates. It has offices in Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of performance and branding campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for both B2B and B2C Target Segments.

● Implement ABM strategies to acquire new clients for domestic and international finance & saas products.

● Planning and executing all Organic and paid Campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Database procurement, App/Mobile Marketing, whatsapp marketing, Linkedin marketing, etc.

● Execute email marketing and nurturing campaigns, increase lead generation and funnel conversion and increase customer engagement.

● Managing various vendors and affiliate partners, Negotiating on commercials for leads and databases.

● Design and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media) to generate leads and maximise ROI

● Manage digital advertising budgets and optimise paid channels.

● Creating and building brand awareness within the offline communities of DSA, Channel partners, Industry associations, etc., and generating quality leads from these channels.

● Organise, conduct or participate in awards and events to generate leads and promote the brand across these channels.

● Optimise Local business profiles and generate leads via GMB.

● Optimising inbound and outbound calls by effectively managing, implementing, and tracking the cloud telephony platform

● Domain management ( purchase & management of domains, getting emails created, etc)

● Running interactive campaigns for Webinars and Podcasts via various channels.

● Analyse sales and customer behaviour data to develop new direct marketing campaigns and strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

● Analyse marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements, Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities for global expansion.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital and content marketing initiatives and efforts with overall business objectives.

● Streamline sales operations processes by creating automated workflows and various reports for management and team members bi-weekly and monthly to showcase the performance of the marketing and sales teams.

● Optimise the CAC by doing a deep dive into the data, analysing the spends vs returns, calculating ROI on a regular basis, etc.

● Managing, motivating and mentoring an in-house digital team, leveraging the team’s strengths through engaging and effective team management.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and develop new and innovative ideas and strategies for promoting the business.

Preferred candidate profile

● The ideal candidate should possess natural business acumen, an understanding of B2B business's domestic and international market dynamics, and a strong sense of customer success.

● 6-10 years of experience in B2B fintech’s digital and offline growth with a proven track record of success

● Deep understanding of B2B customer acquisition strategies and ATL/BTL marketing best practices

● Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and inspire a team

● Experience managing both small-scale and large-scale b2b digital marketing campaigns (Budget optimisation)

● Proficiency in marketing automation platforms is preferred.

● Understanding and experience in implementing cloud telephony services is preferred.

● Experience in end-to-end email marketing ( including implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc) is preferred.

● A deep understanding of social media marketing is required

● Good Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Google Tag Manager, Marketing automation tools, cloud telephony etc is mandatory.

● Good knowledge for finance works in both domestic and international markets is mandatory

● Should have good negotiation skills to Work with affiliates, partners, and industry associations.

● Knowledge of conducting events (digital and offline) is required.

Critical Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements

● Stakeholder management and executive presence. Your role will require you to liaise for inputs and feedback from Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams as well as CXO/VP-level industry practitioners and KredX clients

● Program management: The role will require you to integrate inputs from multiple KredX teams, and get the work output produced through the team working directly for you, as well as work with the various marketing campaign teams (digital, social, PR, field marketing).

● Inbound Marketing: At KredX, marketing is strongly focused on business conversion and ROI

● Communication: You will need to have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written to be able to convey complex ideas at all levels

● Execution driven marketing: This role will require you to make sure that work gets done. While driving the strategy, you will need to be ready to do work ground up and achieve the desired target/results

● People Management: Ability to work across teams with the spread of KPIs to deliver the overall marketing objective of BU.

● Context Marketing: Ability to channel the years of experience in KredX specific scenarios to drive results.

● Knowledge of Finance/fintech : Is a must, prior experience in B2B fintech is a must

● CXO Handling experience : Ability to sit across the table for showcase, negotiation & closure to deliver the over BU objective
