● Identify potential clients, maintain order databases, and update prospect list, by assisting the sales team providing essential support for effective sales operations

● Responding to vendor inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with vendors.

● Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.

● Work closely with marketing, product, credit risk and operations team

● Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

● Providing intelligent data or reports to the sales team basis the market research or market trends.

● Maintaining MIS for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

● Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports

● Timely submission of the reports to government and RBI.

● Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

● Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board

● Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

● Suggest sales process improvements

Skills & Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate

● Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

● Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

● In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

● Excellent communication skills

● Analytical and multitasking skills

● Teamwork and motivational skills

● BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
