Ace wildlife photographer, entrepreneur, marketer and notable speaker, Rohit Varma, dons multiple hats in life while striking a balance between his two passions: Marketing and Nature & Wildlife photography.
Rohit Varma has spent more than 15 years in the corporate world before setting up R SQUARE Consulting, a Bangalore based experiential marketing services firm. He is also a speaker and has delivered multiple talks on marketing and nature & wildlife photography.
His work has been published in national and international media and believes that images drive people closer to nature, helping them experience and appreciate nature, and somewhere in the process drives them to do their bit in nature conservation. His TEDx Talk on “Half a flush to save the tiger” was truly thought-provoking and highlighted the environmental issue in a unique fashion.
His constant urge to make his passion a more meaningful pursuit led to the birth of Nature inFocus – a nature & wildlife photography festival. NiF festival provides a platform to Nature lovers to showcase the work, learn from others, appreciate people’s contribution for nature conservation, acknowledge the talent and build more awareness about nature and its importance in our life.
Now with the launch of Nature InFocus portal, Rohit added a new dimension to his passion. NiF portal caters to the large community of Nature enthusiasts, where anybody can share their work, stories and experiences.
