Introduced eKYC Feature: Standing on the cusp of a new phase, the team at KredX has been looking into the existing processes and re-evaluate our practices to further adapt to the current situation. As a customer-centric organisation, we at KredX continue to foster a holistic environment of learning and focus our efforts on improving the existing features and introducing new ones based on valuable feedback from patrons like yourself to ensure an enhanced, hassle-free experience on the KredX platform. Keeping in line with these, we have now introduced an eKYC feature to provide a seamless onboarding experience for investors.
Launched TOTP Feature: At KredX customers are of utmost priority as we keep on innovating our offerings based on the valuable customer feedback we receive. In keeping with this, we have now introduced a time-based one-time password (TOPT) feature, that will provide an enhanced layer of security for investors. Through this updated feature, instead of OTP, investors can use TOTP to complete any task that was blocked earlier due to OTP not being received.
Introduced Video KYC & eKYC Feature For Vendors: Standing amidst a pandemic outbreak, the team at KredX has been looking into the existing procedure and calibrating further to adapt to the current circumstances. Keeping in line with these, we have now introduced an eKYC and Video KYC feature to provide a seamless onboarding experience for our vendors.

KredX Introduces Gender-Neutral Health Benefits For Employees: At KredX, we thrive to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace environment of holistic growth & equality. After introducing several women-friendly policies, KredX has now underlined its commitment to the LGBTQ+ community by announcing same-gender partner health insurance benefits.
