Understanding Your KredX Financial Statements

At KredX, we strive to ensure complete transparency and customer empowerment through making all information readily available. In keeping with this, we have made several statements and reports available for our valued investors for a holistic understanding of their investments on the platform. Here’s a look at what each of these statements talk about, how to find them on your KredX dashboard and how to read them.

1. Operational Statements

1.1 Escrow Statements

Use Case: Useful for your CA as it gives an insight into all transactions happening through the Escrow accounts

  • What: The Escrow statement provides information about the KredX Escrow accounts of the investors for ICICI Escrow, YBL Escrow, or both.
  • Where: Log into your KredX account > Click on Order History on the left-hand side panel> Click on Download Statement at the top of the page > Select Escrow Account Statement as the Statement Type in the pop-up box > Choose the date range you wish to download the statement for; monthly, custom date range or by the financial year > Select the format you wish to download statement in.
  • How: Reading your Escrow statement is simple. The statement gives you all details pertaining to the investor’s:
  • PAN Number
  • Bank account details
  • Total Investment Ever
  • Current Investment Amount
  • Total Interest Earned
  • Transaction Details for the date range you have opted for during statement download

2. Repayment Statements

2.1 Deal Level Repayment Statement

Use Case: Helps track schedules of upcoming and past repayments individually at a deal level

  • What: Deal Level Repayment Summary is a statement at a deal transaction level with actual formulae about interests, penal interest, TDS etc. that we use to calculate
  • Where: Log into your KredX account > Click on Order History on the left-hand side panel > Click on Repaid Deals at the top of the page > Click on Repayment Statement at the bottom of each deal card.
  • How: The statement gives information at a deal level pertaining to:

Deal Details such as Enterprise Name, Vendor Name, Tenure, Discount (per month), Fees (per month), Penal Charge (per month), Disbursal Date, Amount Disbursed and 15-days Minimum Gain

Expected Maturity Amount, Expected Maturity Date, Daily Discount Rate, Daily Implied Rate, Daily Penal Charge and Daily Fees Rate

Repayment Details such as Repayment Date, Days since last repayment, Principal Outstanding, Cumulative Expected Gain, Expected Gain Payable, Cumulative Penal Charges, Penal Charges Payable, Maturity Amount, Investor Fees Accrued, Principal Paid, Realized Gain, Penal Charges Paid, Investor Fees Paid, GST, TDS Deducted and the Total Amount Disbursed

2.2 Repayment Summary Statements

Use Case: Can be used to track the schedules of all upcoming and past repayments in a summary format

  • What: The Repayment Summary Statement as the name suggests provides a summary of all repayments, past and expected, of an investor.
  • Where: Log into your KredX account > Click on Order History on the left-hand side panel> Click on Download Statement at the top of the page > Select Repayment Summary Statement as the Statement Type in the pop-up box > Choose the date range you wish to download the statement for; monthly, custom date range or by the financial year > Select the format you wish to download statement in.
  • How: The Repayment Summary statement provides details of every repaid transaction such as the:
  • Executed Date: The date the transaction was executed on
  • Enterprise Name
  • Amount Invested: Principal amount invested
  • Repayment Date
  • Expected Maturity Period: Also known as deal tenure
  • Actual Maturity: The number of days the repayment was made in
  • Gross Maturity Amount
  • Realized Gains
  • TDS
  • Fee + GST
  • Net XIRR* (%)
  • Net Amount Transferred
  • Supplier Name (or) Vendor Name
  • Vendor UID

3. Investment Returns & Tax Statements

3.1 Transaction Summary Statement

Use Case: Can be used to view all deals purchased through KredX and their statuses

  • What: The Transaction Summary Statement provides information about all deal transactions bought by the investor, and realized returns in case repayments are done.
  • Where: Log into your KredX account > Click on Order History on the left-hand side panel> Click on Download Statement at the top of the page > Select Transaction Summary Statement as the Statement Type in the pop-up box> Choose the date range you wish to download the statement for; monthly, custom date range or by the financial year > Click Download Excel.
  • How: Understanding your Transaction Summary Statement is simple and straightforward using the following details provided in the statement. We have provided explanations of terms, where needed, for better understanding.
  • Booked Date: The date the deal was purchased/booked
  • Executed Date: The date the transaction was executed on
  • Transaction ID
  • Deal ID
  • Deal Status
  • Buyer Name
  • Seller Name
  • Amount Paid: Principal amount
  • Tenure: The tenure of the deal
  • Discount Amount
  • Expected Repayment Amount
  • Expected Due Date
  • Expected IRR
  • Amount Repaid
  • Discounting gains
  • Penal Charges: Levied on the vendor in case of a delay in repayment
  • Fees
  • TDS
  • Amount net of TDS and fees: TDS+Fee amount
  • Repaid Date
  • Days: Total number of days the investor receives the repayment in
  • Realized IRR

3.2 TDS Report

Use Case: Useful for your CA for TDS reconciliation and e-filing for all investments done through KredX

  • What: The TDS Report provides all TDS related information pertaining to an investor’s investments on the KredX platform.
  • Where: Log into your KredX account > Click on Order History on the left-hand side panel> Click on Download Statement at the top of the page > Select TDS Report as the Statement Type in the pop-up box> Choose the financial year > Click Download Excel.
  • How: The TDS Report contains relevant information for the specified financial year:
  • Investor Name
  • Investor UID
  • Total TDS payable by company: Total TDS payable for the interest gained from the invested deals by the company that is liable to pay the TDS
  • Total TDS paid by companies: TDS which is paid by the company to the I.T. department and Form 16As has been submitted for that to KredX (In some cases companies might file more or less TDS with the I.T. department)
  • Total TDS remaining: Amount for which TDS certificates haven’t been sent to KredX
  • A break-up of individual Company Names, Company PAN, the payable TDS, paid TDS and the remaining TDS to be paid by each company
  • TDS refunded – TDS which has been refunded by KredX to you as TDS certificates were not sent by companies to KredX
  • TDS Certificate Details

3.3 Portfolio Report

Use Case: Can be used to gain an understanding of your KredX investment returns, your portfolio diversification and how your money has grown till date with KredX

  • What: The Portfolio Report is a generic report that provides an insight into the investor’s portfolio with KredX.
  • Where: Log into your KredX account > Click on Dashboard on the left-hand side panel > Click on Portfolio Report at the top top of the Dashboard > Choose the date range you wish to download the report for; monthly, custom date range or by the financial year > Click Download.
  • How: The Portfolio Report provides an analytical look into the portfolio with details such as:
  • Portfolio Summary: Current Principal Amount Invested, Current Portfolio Value,  Realised Portfolio IRR, Realised Gain, TDS on Realised Gain
  • Corpus, Income and Expense Report for the selected date range
  • Performance Summary Report with details of sector-wise investments break-up
  • A Glossary of Terms to help our investors understand the report better
